Israeli judiciary involved in torturing Palestinian children

Swedish Lawyer, B. Artistrom affirmed in a report that the Israeli judiciary is involved with the security authorities in torturing the Palestinian children. She added that she was an eyewitness of organized terrorism against Palestinian girls of no more than 14 years of age, to the extent that she lost conscious due to the brutal torture the children underwent.

In an interview with Radio Palestine, the Swedish lawyer cited many related examples. One of which was of a 14-year-old girl that was detained for 6 months without trial. Her family members were denied her visit. "The girl's sole crime was that she refused to confess that her sister was acting against Israel," noted Artistrom.

"That girl was subject to the most atrocious means of torture and humiliation that violate the rights of the child and prisoners. The investigators whipped her. They subjected her to electrical shocks, got her naked and tied her to a bed in a cell for a couple of days. Then she was transferred to solitary imprisonment for 12 days. The Israeli soldiers were standing outside the cell, continuously threatening that they would rape her," the Swedish lawyer elaborated.
