Morocco's minister of territory development, urbanism, housing and environment, Mohamed El Yazghi, contacted several heads of delegations taking part in Bonn conference, including the delegates of the USA, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Columbia.

Although some accords could be reached on particular issues, everybody agrees that the major decisions will only be reached in the Marrakesh meeting, said the source who conceded that the task will be difficult and complicated but very exciting and interesting for Morocco.

Marrakesh will be an important stage in the climatic changes process, with effects expected on the whole set of issues associated with environment, life and the future of humankind, the source insisted.
