Spanish ministers council okays agreement on labor with Morocco

The Spanish ministers council gave on Friday the green light to the conclusion of a Moroccan-Spanish agreement on Labor, to be signed next Wednesday. The accord, similar to the ones signed by Spain with Equator and Columbia, is conform to the cooperation and friendship links between the two countries, Spanish official sources said. It guarantees social and professional rights and legal stay conditions to Moroccan seasonal workers.

Under the agreement, a Moroccan-Spanish commission will select Moroccans who will be authorized to have a seasonal paid professional activity in Spain.
