Israeli forces continue bombardment of Hebron, Ramullah

While reports from the occupied Arab territories talked about Israeli military build up of tanks and armored vehicles on the outskirts of the Palestinian villages and towns in preparation for a large- scale attack at the Palestinian authorities areas, the Israeli occupation forces bombarded with heavy machine- guns and tanks several quarters in Hebron which witnessed on Wednesday armed clashes between the Palestinian Intifada youths and the Israeli forces.

The Palestinian youth Tareq Abu al-Dubbat ( 17 year old) died from a heart attack, when his house was hit by an Israeli tank shell, while the Israeli tanks were striking Beit Dima to the west of Ramullah.

One Palestinian woman and her two children were wounded when an Israeli vehicles demolished their house on Wednesday in Abu Najim village to the south of the West Bank where Israeli military units broke into the village and terrified its people.

Meantime, the Israeli army reinforced its presence in the West Bank and the Palestinians explained this as a confirmation of the intention of Israel to attack the areas of the Palestinian territories.

Israeli military officials said that on-foot and armored vehicles forces will be aggregated at Jeilo settlement on the outskirts of Jerusalem to be deployed from there in various parts of the West Bank, and this was after tanks were deployed neat Ghoushe Eitsoun settlement, near Bethlehem..

While the Palestinians held a funeral for the Palestinians who were killed in the air raid by the Israeli plane against Bethlehem on Tuesday, the assistant for Yasser Arafat, Ahmad Abdul Rahman said that the Palestinian Authority views with great concern the moves of the Israeli forces, noting that these huge number of the Israeli military equipment such as tanks and artilleries are but for one objective which is to strike the Palestinian Authority.
