Butaflika for restoring back Arab rights

The Algerian President Abdul Aziz Butaflika has stressed that his country backs and supports the Arab efforts to achieve the just and comprehensive peace in the region.
In a statement to the London- based al-Sharq al-Awsat daily issued on Monday, the Algerian President renewed his asserting that peace in the region should be just and comprehensive that guarantees the restoration of all occupied Arab lands until June 4, 1967 borders.
He added that Algeria's commitment to the need of establishing a just and comprehensive peace in the Middle East stems from Algeria's unconditional solidarity with the struggle of the Palestinian people and the right of the refugees to return back to their homeland and the establishment of their own independent state, with Jerusalem as a capital.
The Algerian President called on the new US administration to carry out its due role towards the question of peace in he region. He also expressed hope that Russia and Europe will make sincere efforts to establish the optimum peace in the region.
