Israel threatens to strike the Palestinians wherever they are

One Palestinian youth was killed and several others wounded after the Israeli forces bombarded the city of Nablus in the West Bank by rockets, tanks, machine- guns and artillery and the bombardment resulted in inflecting heavy damages in a center for the Palestinian National security in the city. Palestinian medical reports said that the Palestinian youth is Muhammad Fayyad ( 22 year old) and he is from the Palestinian security department.

Meantime, six Palestinians were wounded during the confrontation with the Israeli forces to the south of the city. The Israeli prime minister Ariel Sharon threatened to use all available military means to strike the Palestinian resistance wherever they do exist after wounding the six settlers. News reports said that the city of Hebron ( al-Khalil) was exposed during Wednesday night until Thursday morning to the fire of the Israeli tanks, machine guns and artilleries and the Israeli forces also opened fire at the Palestinians of Naem village near the city and this resulted in wounding several Palestinians.

The news reports added that the Israeli settlers and the army opened fire at the people of the village from neighboring settlements and this resulted in wounding many of them and demolishing many of their houses. The reports added that people of the neighboring Palestinian cities and villages hurried to the neighboring hospitals to know the volume of the losses and to know about the conditions of their relatives and families.

In an attempt to justify this new attack against the city, the Israeli military authorities claimed that the Israeli settlers started to open fire at Bani Naem village after they felt danger. However, the observers and the eye- witnesses stressed that the settlers and the Israeli military centers opened fire without any early danger shown by the Palestinians and that the Palestinians were sleeping in their houses when fire was opened at them.

However a state of high tension is prevailing the areas of the West Bank and Gaza as a result of the Israeli attacks and the Israeli forces destruction of tens of houses in Rafah.

On Thursday the Israeli forces seized an area under the control of the Palestinian Authorities near Nablus.

The Israeli army announced that its forces occupied a hill overlooking Nablus and the Israeli Harabrasha settlement.

Palestinian eye- witnesses said the Israeli army occupied three houses in Kfeir village and destroyed the village houses that are not inhabited and made of them inspection points.
