Israeli ambassador: policy against the Palestinians defames Israel's reputation

Israel's ambassador in Canada Haeim Digone has admitted that the policy of destroying houses and escalation the Israeli repression against the Palestinians in the occupied Arab territories inflected heavy losses in Israel's reputation abroad.
In a message he sent on Tuesday to the Israeli foreign ministry and quoted by the Israeli Hebrew language radio, Digone said that destroying 14 Palestinian houses in Gaza on Monday inflected great damage in the efforts made by the Israeli and foreign friendly mass media in Canada and the US, in particular. He described the decisions of the Israeli political and security ministerial team concerning the policy of destroying the Palestinian houses as an illusion.
