Two Palestinian Artists Wounded At Show in Marrakesh

Two Palestinian artists, member of the Falouja folk art band, were lightly wounded on Monday as the stage collapsed at the Jamaa El Fna in Marrakesh. The two artists were taken to the emergency ward of the local hospital and all the shows scheduled on the square were cancelled following the incident.
The Falouja band, founded in 1983 in Cairo, is composed of 23 artists. They were performing in Marrakesh, part of the city's 37th festival of folk arts which opened last Friday.
