On President al-Assad's visit to Germany

The Qatari daily al-Watan quoted on Tuesday diplomatic sources in Damascus as saying that if the Syrian and German sides will conclude, during the visit of President Bashar al-Assad to Germany, arrangements to complete a deal provides for exchanging prisoners and missing between Israel and the Hizbullah this will put an end to the state of tension existed between Syria and Israel and to pave the way before returning back to the peace negotiations.
The sources added to the paper that the main lines for such an agreement were crystallized, actually, despite the fact the Syrian sources ruled out the Syrian and German sides will reach an agreement concerning the exchange of the prisoners and missing.
