More Iraqi contracts on hold by the USA

"The American representative at 661 Sanctions Committee have put on hold 15 contracts Iraq concluded with world companies under phases VIII and IX of the oil-for-food and medicine program. A source at Trade Ministry told Iraqi News Agency that the contracts put on hold included cranes, bulldozers, motorcycles, welding apparatuses, air-conditioners, chlorine, tractors, construction materials and various spare parts," INA said yesterday.
