Preparations for the al-Maghreb Summit

Heads of the Arab Maghreb delegations which are taking part in the 37th session of the follow up committee of the Arab Maghreb federation have stressed the need of revitalizing the federation's structures and its establishments to give the necessary impetus for the common Arab Maghreb work.

They also stressed the need of drawing a program with field work as a basic element through relying on available means to achieved this objective.

Several heads of delegation indicated that certain recommendations and programs set in the previous session were not achieved at set times.

They also asserted a future plan voicing the readiness of their countries to contribute to the process of providing a success for the requirement of building a united and effective Arab Maghreb, as a strategic option for the peoples of the region.
