Saudi crown prince gets a telephone call from US Vice President

The Saudi crown prince Abdullah Bin Abdul Aziz today received a telephone call from the US Vice President Dick Cheney. During the telephone conversation view points were exchanged on several issues of mutual concern between the two countries especially the developments of conditions in the Middle East region.
The Saudi crown prince had received a similar telephone call from the US President George Bush on June 21st and just one week earlier met in Paris with the US secretary of state Colin Powel in conclusion of his tour ( Powell) on the Middle east.
