Demonstrations in Paris today in protest of Sharon's visit

Several political parties and association on Wednesday in Paris called for demonstrations today ( Thursday) in protest of the visit of the Israeli prime Minister Ariel Sharon to Paris, demanding to take criminal measures against him.
The demonstrators will raise slogans saying " Sharon is persona non grata." "Sabra and Shatilla butcher, is officially received in France." The demonstrators will also call for taking measures against Sharon in France.
The organizers of the demonstrations will strongly call for ensuring an international protection for the Palestinian people, to dismantle the Israeli settlements, to suspend the association agreement between the European Union and Israel and halt the French- Israeli military cooperation and to recognize the UN resolutions and implement them especially the right of the Palestinians to return back to their homes.
The invitation to these demonstrations was extended by the the French- Palestinian solidarity society, the human rights league and the anti- racist and friendship among peoples movement, the Green party and the French Communist Party.
