Customs authority to introduce new car temporary admission procedure for moroccan expatriates

The Moroccan customs and direct taxes authority announced a new measure to facilitate the temporary admission of cars for Moroccans living abroad.
The administration will include on its website (www.douane.gov.ma) temporary admission forms that can be downloaded by Moroccan expatriates and filled in advance. The procedure will then be completed on board the car ferries used by Moroccans to reach Nador and Tangiers.
Moroccan expatriates will have the possibility to browse the website, download and fill the D16ter form which contains, in addition to useful information for the passenger and car, a bar code identification that helps find all useful information for the temporary admission document.
