A development office for the Nile basin

An Ethiopian official source said on Monday that a regional office in charge of coordinating cooperation projects for development on the Nile between Ethiopia, Egypt and Sudan will open its doors very soon in Addis Ababa.
AFP quoted the source as saying that this decision which was reached by the end of March in al-Khartoum between the three ministers of water rsources in the three countries was reinforced by the end of June in Geneva, on the sideline of the meeting held between representatives of the Nile Basin states and the International donors, SANA reported.
