One Iraqi soldier killed in a border clash with Saudi Arabia

Saudi Arabia said on Saturday that its border guards killed one Iraqi soldier last week during confrontations with an Iraqi on foot patrol leaked into the Kingdom.
The assistant for the Saudi foreign ministry secretary for political affairs Prince Turkey Bin Muhammad told reporters that Iraqi forces incurred last Sunday some 400 meters through the borders to the northern east of Saudi Arabia and the Iraqi solsiers opened fire at a border observation position and that the said position retaliated.
The Saudi official continued that one Iraqi soldier was strongly wounded during the opening of fire and that Saudi border guards admitted him to hospital after his friends had left him.
