Simon Wezental Center against filing judicial cases against Sharon
Israel-Palestine, Politics, 6/28/2001

The Simon Wezental Center on Tuesday denounced the case filed on Saturday by the " Human Rights Watch" in defense of human rights to sue the Israeli prime minister Ariel Sharon over his responsibilities for the Sabra and Shatilla massacres in Lebanon in 1982.

Rabbi Abraham Coper, one of the officials at a center in Washington said " the call advocated by the Human Rights Watch in the year 2001 on the wake of the crucial talks between Sharon and the US President George Bush is an ugly and rude step to distort the fame of a man who seeks peace ( Sharon) and to make of him a war criminal."

This very Jewish organization which takes of California as a headquarters seeks to search for Nazi war criminals and to sue them under the pretext of defending " human rights."
