Moroccan-Spanish first meeting on justice convenes

The Moroccan and Spanish supreme courts hold a first meeting on justice in Rabat June 27-29. The meeting, meant to consolidate cooperation between the two institutions, will discuss issues of interest to Moroccans settled in Spain or transiting via Spain and to Spaniards living in Morocco or transiting via Morocco, a statement by the Moroccan supreme court said.
Debates will focus on the civil code (personal statute, marriage, divorce, inheritance), penal law (penal and civil responsibility in road accidents), commercial law (companies' statutes) and labor code.
