Sudanese- Egyptian joint higher committee meet tomorrow

The Sudanese- Egyptian joint higher committee which will start its meetings tomorrow in al-Khartoum will discuss means of settling the debts issue Sudan has to pay for Egypt estimated at USD 72 million and the process of the entry visa of the two countries citizens, increasing the volume of trade exchange between Cairo and al-Khartoum, drawing the commodity integration program between the two countries.
The committee will also discuss the implementation of joint investment projects of a cost exceeding $ 150 million, especially a project on agriculture, agricultural processing and promoting livestock production.
To this end, the Egyptian- Sudanese businessmen council prepared a work paper that will be submitted to the committee calling for granting businessmen in the two states an entry visa valid for 6 months to facilitate the movement in preparation to cancel the visa system between the two states, as well as establishing a custom organization on the border between the two states to facilitate the process of exports exist and entry from and into each of Sudan and Egypt.
