Butaflika tour on the Southern Algerian provinces

The Algerian President Abdul Aziz Butaflika starts a new tour on the provinces of Southern Algeria at a time when efforts continue to calm down conditions in al-Qabayel district where acts of protests have been greatly expanded.
Well-informed Algerian sources said that the Algerian President might declare emergency during his new tour decisions aiming at containing the deteriorating conditions in al-Qabayel area.
One well-informed source said that Butaflika is for the idea of organizing an early local election during which a new team will be under the responsibility of running local affairs where there are citizens complaints in several areas.
