A message to al-Assad from Hungarian counterpart

The Syrian foreign minister Farouk al-Shara on Wednesday received the Hungarian deputy foreign minister Nemeth Jold, who is also the deputy chairman of the Hungarian democratic youth party and members of the accompanying delegation. The visiting official handed a message from Hungary's President Ferenek Madel to President al-Assad.
Present at the meeting were the deputy foreign minister Mrs. Siba Nasser, the director of East Europe department at the foreign ministry and the Hungarian ambassador in Damascus.
Talks dealt with developments of conditions in the region, bilateral relations and the importance of boosting them in various fields.
