Sudan accuses the US of supporting the rebels

The Sudanese minister of information Ghazi Salah eddine has accused the US of creating a new condition in Sudan which is expected to single out the southern part of Sudan from its north. In a press conference he held in Beirut on Wednesday, Salah Eddine said that the rebel movement which is led by John Garang received US aid of $ 3 million and will also receive another $ 10 million.

He added that this measure falls in the course of escalation.
