King Mohammed appoints head of environment foundation

King Mohammed VI, who was accompanied by his youngest sister Princess Lalla Hasna, on Monday appointed Lahoucine Tijani, president-delegate of the Mohammed VI foundation for environment protection.
The foundation, set up by the king, is chaired by Princess Lalla Hasna.
Lahoucine Tijani, 61, is a civil engineer who held the post of secretary of state for environment from August 1997 to March 1998.
