Al-Hariri to visit Moscow

The Russian Inter-fax Agency has quoted sources as the Lebanese embassy in Moscow saying that the Lebanese prime minister Rafiq al-Hariri will pay a visit to Moscow on July 3 to 5.
The source added that a huge economic delegation will accompany al-Hariri who will fulfil the invitation of his Russian counterpart Mikhael Kasyanov.
The source continued that commercial exchange between Russia and Lebanon doubled in the year 2000 and reached $ 250 million.
Beirut, in particular seeks to consolidate its cooperation relations with Moscow in the area of oil by importing oil from Russia as well as in the field of irrigation equipment.
