Three Palestinians, two Israelis killed in confrontations in the Palestinian territories

Three Palestinians were killed on Thursday by the Israeli bullets and many others were wounded in the confrontation with the Israeli forces in the West Bank and Gaza. Also killed in the confrontation were two Israelis, one is a senior army officer and many others wounded.

Meantime an official source in the Fatah movement said that one of its members named Hassan Abu Shaera opened fire at an Israeli car on the " Tunnels " road in Beit Jala to the south of Jerusalem and this resulted in killing one Israeli security army officer, who was responsible in killing several Palestinians.

The sources, which is of the military wing of the Fatah movement said that Abu Shaera( 32 year old) who lives in al-Ezza camp near Bethlehem had assassinated one of the officials at the israeli Shabak security forces in a very special operation.

The source added that Abu Shaera who was killed while implementing this operation was arrested four times in the Israeli jails and he was working in one of the hotels in West Jerusalem and is married and survived by three children.

The Palestinian official stressed that the Israeli intelligence official was the planner of several assassination attempts in Bethlehem including the assassination of the official for the military wing of Fatah to the Southern part of the West Bank Hussein Obeiat.

The Israeli radio admitted that the killed Israeli officer is an official in the Israeli internal security Shein Beit and that his escort was critically wounded.

Following the assassination of the Israeli officer,the Israeli authorities arrested 6 Palestinians from the West Bank while they were riding their car on the coastal road near Yaqoubi bridge under the pretext they had knives and fighting means.

The Israeli radio said that the 6 Palestinians were taken to the Israeli security department to be interrogated.
