Bajmal optimist over improving the Yemeni economy

The Yemeni prime minister Abdullah Bajmal has denied the existence of any attention from the side of the Yemeni government to lift support for certain important commodities without finding out appropriate solutions for it.
The Yemeni prime minister expressed optimism over the improvement of the national economy during the coming year, noting that the government will continue the program on economic, financial and administrative reforms. He indicated that the priorities set by the government include the files of oil, gas and electricity.
He described the relation with the establishments of the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund as in their best, noting that the volume of supply for Yemen by these two institutions reached USD 20 million annually.
