Saudi crown prince pays official visit to Morocco

Saudi heir apparent, deputy-chairman of the ministers council and commander of the national guard, Prince Abdallah Ibn Abdelaziz, started Sunday a two-day official visit to Morocco at the invitation of King Mohammed VI.
The Saudi crown prince, who was welcomed at the airport by King Mohammed VI, was given a popular welcome by the inhabitants of the city of Agadir.
He is accompanied by a top official delegation comprising local governors and government members.
After tete-a-tete talks with the king, the Saudi crown prince attended a diner banquet hosted in his honor by the king. They also chaired the signing ceremony of a $ 28-million loan destined to support the building of a university hospital in the city.
The visit is described by officials of the two countries as very important, in view of the situation in the Middle East and the two countries' shared stance for backing the Palestinian people struggle to establish their own state with Al-Quds as its capital.
