Moroccan MP delegation in China

A Moroccan parliamentary delegation, led by 1st deputy-speaker of the house of representatives, Moulay Abdelaziz Alaoui Hafidi, is currently on an official visit to China at the invitation of the Chinese Popular Assembly.
The Moroccans MPs and speaker of the Chinese assembly, Li Peng, hailed the excellent relations between the two countries and their legislative bodies. They also noted the similarity of views on a set of international issues, mainly as to the role and place due to developing countries in a mutating world.
Regarding the situation in the Middle East, the two countries' lawmakers condemned the violence raging on, "due to the Israeli authorities' bellicose policy."
During a meeting with deputy-chairman of the assembly standing committee, Tian Jiyun, the head of the Moroccan delegation praised the growing of economic relations and called China to increase its imports of Moroccan phosphates products.
Talks also helped identify ideas for common projects between economic operators, mainly in ship-building and textile fields.
