Transport accord signed between Syria- Greece

Syrian Transport Minister Makram Obeid and his Greek counterpart Christos Papotsis in Damascus on Monday co-signed a cooperation agreement on maritime cargo.
The agreement is designed to develop bilateral cooperation in the field of naval transport and to contribute to the enhancement of international maritime transport, on the basis of the principles of free trade navigation. The agreement has taken into account the rules of the international law, especially world naval transport treaties.
