Moroccan-Yemeni joint commission meets in Sanaa

The Moroccan-Yemeni joint commission is currently convening its 4th session here to examine economic, scientific and technical cooperation between the two countries.
The commission, which started Sunday, will look into projects related to air transport, electric power, water, housing, tourism, trade exchanges, health, education and culture.
It will also assess the progress made in the implementation of programs agreed upon at the commission previous sessions.
The commission held its first session in 1992, date of its creation, in Rabat. The second and third sessions were held in 1996 in Sanaa and in 1999 in Rabat.
The Moroccan delegation is led by minister of economic forecasts and planning, Abdelhamid Aouad.
