Casablanca hosts in June Maghreban Medical Congress

The 30th Maghreban medical congress, held by the Moroccan medical science society, will take place next June 7-9 in Casablanca to debate health system reforms in Morocco, Algeria and Tunisia. According to head of the Moroccan society, the encounter will offer an opportunity to make concrete proposals for improving health systems financing through the compulsory health insurance and a good medicine policy.
According to organizers, the encounter, held under royal patronage, will be opened by Morocco's prime minister, Abderrahme Youssoufi.
The latest congress was held in May 2000 in Tunisia. (MAP)SH
