Yemeni president in Riyadh on Tuesday; Yemeni amnesty

Diplomatic sources in al-Riyadh have asserted that the Yemeni President Ali Abdullah Saleh will pay an official visit to Saudi Arabia next Tuesday during which he meets with King Fahd Bin Abdul Aziz and the Saudi officials and will discuss bilateral relations and means of supporting them and issues of common issues in the Palestinian territories.
Meantime, sources at the Yemeni opposition said that the Yemeni President Saleh may declare a general Amnesty for the Yemeni opposition leaderships abroad, known as leading the cessation attempt in 1994, except 4 persons including his former vice Ð President, the secretary general of the socialist party Ali Salem al-Abyad and Haidar Abu Baker al-Attas, the former prime minister.
But Yemeni former sources refused to confirm that.
