Prince Moulay Rachid obtains phd in law

Morocco's Prince Moulay Rachid on Friday obtained a PHD in law at the French University of Montesquieu-Bordeaux. Moulay Rachid, younger brother of King Mohammed VI, defended his thesis on "the Organization of the Islamic Conference, Study on a Specific International Organization."
The Jury unanimously granted Prince Moulay Rachid the distinction "very honorable and congratulations of the Jury with a special distinction."
