Qaddafi, Castro reviewed world developments

Libyan President Muammar al-Qaddafi has discussed with the Cuban President Fidel Castro in Tripoli on Thursday issues of mutual concern. The two Presidents stressed the need to found an African and Latin American groups for cooperation in the service of world peace and security.
The Libyan official news agency said that Castro and al-Qaddafi also reviewed regional and international issues and bilateral relations.
