Koreyah ends services at the Syrian presidential palace

The Lebanese daily al-Nahar issued on Wednesday said that well-informed sources reported that the spokesman for the Syrian presidency Jubran Koreyah has ended his services at the Presidential palace last Wednesday after the termination of his contract.
Koreyah assumed the post of the spokesman for the Presidential palace in 1981. It was rumored that President Bashar al-Assad has extended his contract following his visit to Tehran by the end of November 2000.
