AAPSO urge international protection for Palestinians
Regional-Palestine, Politics, 5/15/2001

The Egyptian committee of the Afro-Asian People's Solidarity Organization (AAPSO) expressed its support for Palestinian Intifada in the face of the Israeli repressive and savage practices.

The committee called in a statement for considering May 15, every year, as a day of solidarity with the Palestinian people in their just struggle for securing their freedom and independence.

The committee called on United Nations, Human rights organizations and big international powers such as Russia, China and European Union to apply pressures for halting Israeli aggression against the Palestinian people.

The committee said Israeli government should abide to all international laws for settling the conflict and withdrawal from the occupied lands.
