President al-Nahyan receives a message from Korean counterpart

President of the United Arab Emirates UAE Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan al-Nahyan on Sunday received a message from Southern Korea President Kim Dai Young dealt with his country's desire to strengthen cooperation and friendship relations and bilateral relations between the two countries in various fields.

The message was handed over by Korea's prime minister Hang Dong Lee during his meeting with Sheikh Zayed on Sunday in Abu Dhabi.

On the other hand, Dong Lee delivered a lecture on Sunday at Zayed's Center for Coordination and Follow-up in which he dealt with the special political and economic cooperation and rapprochement between the UAE and southern Korea in his country's being UAE's second economic partner.

He talked about the possibility of strengthening and verifying areas of economic cooperation of his country with all Arab Gulf states and the possibility of future cooperation that such cooperation will enhance to serve mutual interests amid economic changes in the world.

Worthy mentioning is that Southern Korea is the second largest importer of oil from the UAE.
