Kiftaro's son and the Pope's apology

Son of the Syrian Republic Mufti Sheikh Mahmoud Kiftaro has stressed that the Pope's apology to the Arabs for the Crusaders wars, ( an apology which was not made) is a religious duty because these wars wore the dress of religion and was blessed by the Pope at that time.
In an exclusive statement to the al-Majalah magazine issued in London, Kiftaro said " should the Pope has given an apology to the Arabs and Muslims about these wars communications will be increased between Muslims and Christians in the whole world."
