Morocco's telecom agency calls for generalizing internet package to all providers
Morocco, Economics, 5/12/2001
The Moroccan telecom regulatory authority (ANRT) has called for the generalization of internet packages to all providers. The offer of the Moroccan phone operator, Ittisalat al-Maghrib (IAM), of internet packages including subscription and communications can contribute to developing access to the net, ANRT said.
In order to ensure a large access to Internet and secure a loyal competition in accordance with the law, ANRT called IAM to enable all providers to offer packages.
