Larsen and the killing of the Palestinian baby

The delegate of the UN Secretary general to the region Terry Larsen has expressed his shock over the killing of the Palestinian baby Iman Hejjo by the Israeli bullets. Larsen stressed in a statement quoted by the Qatari al-Jazira space station that the UN still clings to its position in considering the Palestinian territories as occupied areas.
