Detainees released in Sudan

The Sudanese authorities on Tuesday released three persons from the leadership of the People's Congress party led by Hassan al-Turabi, who has been held in Coper prison in Khartoum since February this year.
The party's deputy secretary general Abdullah Hassan Ahmad told the Sudanese daily al-Sahafi al-Daweli as saying that the chairman of the Party's Shoura's commission Abdullah Deynaq, the leading figure Hassan Sati and Ismael Hassan were released on Tuesday and he expressed his hope that the authorities will release the rest of the detainees.
