Ruler of Kuwait gets a message from Blair

The ruler of Kuwait Sheikh Jaber al-Ahmad al-Sabah on Tuesday received a message from the British Prime minister Tony Blair. The message pertains to strengthening and developing relations and expanding volume of co-operation between the two countries.
