French president describes ME situations as drastic

President Jacques Chirac of France has stressed that the situation the ME peace process has reached is drastic and that all efforts should be united to reach a just and comprehensive peace. In a statement to the Orient ( al-Sharq ) radio after his meeting with the ruler of Bahrain Sheikh Hamad Bin Issa al-Khaleifa, Chirac said, we have the same opinion and assessment for the problems of the region especially for the Palestinian conditions as well as for the Syrian and Lebanese tracks.
