Sudan, Ethiopia to cancel entry visas

The Sudanese and Ethiopian governments have agreed to cancel entry visas for the Sudanese diplomats and private passports and businessmen who want to travel to Ethiopia Sudan's ambassador in Addis Ababa Othman al-Sayyed said in a statement to the Sudanese daily al-Anbaa "the news" issued on Thursday that the entry visas for citizens between the two countries will be canceled after three months from now.

He noted that contracts for handing property document of the Sudanese embassy in Ethiopia was made officially on Thursday in a celebration attended by the foreign ministers of the two countries.

The Sudanese foreign minister Mustafa Othman ismael, currently visiting Ethiopia together with several Sudanese ministers had signed with his Ethiopian counterpart Seyoum Mesfen an agreement in the political field. Other agreements were also signed in the areas of trade, Irrigation, borders and transport in the service of bilateral cooperation between the two countries.
