Algeria for maintaining stability in al-Qabael area

Algerian President Abdul Aziz Butaflika has stressed that conditions in al-Qabael area ( are calm and good) and that efforts continue in order to reach complete stability in that area. This was expressed in a telephone call the Libyan President received on Wednesday evening from the Algerian President Abdul Aziz Butaflika in the course of consultations between the two states on issues of mutual concern.
