Al-Assad, Moussa review developments

Syria's President Bashar al-Assad on Monday in Damascus received the Egyptian foreign minister Amr Moussa. Discussions dealt with the situation in the Middle East and current contacts in the region. Talks also dealt with challenges and tasks that face Arabs in current conditions.
The meeting was attended by the Syrian foreign minister Farouk al-Shara and the Egyptian ambassador in Damascus.
In another meeting, al-Shara and Moussa reviewed latest developments in the region and bilateral relations between Syria and Egypt. The meeting was attended by the deputy foreign minister Suleiman Haddad, the Egyptian ambassador in Damascus and the Syrian ambassador in Cairo.
