Means to upgrade Moroccan-Chinese ties probed

Means to upgrade Moroccan-Chinese cooperation in all fields topped talks held in Rabat Friday by visiting Li Ruihuan, chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) with Moroccan officials.
Ruihuan voiced hope, during a meeting with speaker of the house of representatives (lower chamber of parliament), Abdelouahed Radi, that his visit to Morocco, will help further enhance ties between Rabat and Beijing.
Radi voiced thanks to the Chinese official for his country's backing to Morocco's territorial integrity and voiced Morocco's will to consolidate cooperation ties with the Asian nation.
Ruihuan, who also conferred with speaker of the Chamber of advisors (upper house), Mostapha Okacha, was guest Friday at a dinner banquet hosted in his honor by Prime Minister Abderrahmane Youssoufi.
He was also received Thursday by King Mohammed VI in Fez.
Before coming to Rabat, third leg of a four-nation tour, Ruihuan visited Mauritius and South Africa. The tour will also take him to Turkey.
