Lebanese prime minister reviewed with Pope ME peace

Pope John Paul II on Monday in Rome discussed with the Lebanese prime minister Rafik al-Hariri the situation in the Middle East, the stumbled ME peace process and the recent Israeli aggression against Lebanon.
The Pope called for the implementation of the international resolutions regarding the Middle East and the resumption of negotiations in order to achieve peace in the ME region.
