Confrontations continued on Monday in various cities, and villages of Gaza and the West Bank between the Palestinian Intifada youths and the Israeli forces. A booby trapped car went off in "Oyahodah" market near Tel Aviv and another explosive went off in an Israeli patrol near Jerusalem.
News reports said that Israeli police sources said that seven persons were wounded at least and several cars were burnt when an explosive went off and was implanted in a car or place beside it in the heart of " Ouahodah" market.
The People's Front for the Liberation of Palestine claimed responsibility for the explosion.

The Palestinian Intifada youths confronted an attempt made by the Israeli forces to break into Rafah camp and clashes with the Israeli soldiers and prevented Israeli tanks from approaching towards the camp.
News reports added that the Israeli forces later bombarded several houses in the camp while the Palestinian youths threw several bombs at a position for the Israeli army near Rafah and other youths attacked another Israeli position near Khan Younis and two other positions near Ghadit and Badolaj settlements in Gaza.
The funeral of the Palestinian army officer Madi Khalil Madi, who died after he was strongly wounded as a result of the Israeli bombardment of Deir al-Balah, was converted into comprehensive confrontation in which the Israeli forces used live bullets and poisonous gas resulted in killing the Palestinian child Muhammad Nizar Muhareb ( 11 year old) after he was hit in his head, and other 14 Palestinians were wounded.

The Palestinian national resistance movement ( Hamas) said that the Intifada will continue until the lands are liberated, noting that the Palestinian youth who carried out Kfar Saba suicide operation was Imad Kamel al-Zubeidi ( 22 year old) and that he is from Nablus in the West Bank.
Meantime, the Israeli forces escalated its detention campaign in Nablus, Bethlehem and Mahalin and Housan villages and Monday's detention campaign covered tens of the Palestinian youth including the official for the Fatah movement Misbah Basatin.
The Israeli prime minister Ariel Sharon, on the other hand, renewed his rejection to resume negotiations with the Palestinian Authority and set a precondition to halt the Intifada completely before talking about the negotiations.
In a new defiance to international legitimacy resolutions and a provocation to the feelings of Muslims, Sharon stressed his persistence to bring into Israel most Jews of the world to live in Israel before the year 2010 and to keep Jerusalem as a capital for Israel.
During his meeting with the delegation of building and independence loans, currently visiting Israel, Sharon claimed that the Jews in all the world countries have the right to Jerusalem.
The Israeli defense minister Benjamin Bin Eleazer said that the security talks currently made with the Palestinians do not prevent Israel from implementing operations against the Palestinians or breaking into the Palestinian Authority areas, whenever it is necessary, as he claimed.
The Israeli foreign minister Shemon Peres refused the Jordanian- Egyptian initiative to resume the negotiations because, as he said, they do not abide the Palestinians by any conditions.
Peres repeated his government's conditions to resume the negotiation by arresting all activists of Hamas and the Islamic Jihad, disarming the Palestinian police from their weapons and eliminating the Intifada and hand over wanted Palestinians to Israel.
