Arafat meets with UN envoy

The chairman of the Palestinian Authority Yasser Arafat on Monday met in Ramullah, West Bank with the UN secretary general special envoy to the Middle East Terry Larsen. The Israeli radio said that the two sides discussed current conditions in the Palestinian territories and means of resuming the Israeli- Palestinian negotiations.
